Re: So let's reset on Haslam.

1) I don't think he/they whiffed.

2a) Interesting reports, it is likely that the previous coaching staff who were all aligned with Holmgren were suddenly uncomfortable.  The coaching staff being uncomfortable may have resulted in reports that were interpreted as "hostile" atmosphere.

2b) Somebody has ultimate decisionmaking in every company.  Usually it is the guy at the top.  Banner reports to Haslem.  He will also be held accountable.

3) Maybe we get Field turf now.  Repaint the place.  Has anyone considered wind barriers in the corners?  I used to sit high in old municipal, under the roof on the closed end, and it was usually pretty cozy.

4) no comment without seeing the designs, I like what the Broncos did years ago.  Changed some things, kept some things.

Six month grade ........  Haslem has been very, very busy.

I pause to think that he espouses consistency, then proceeds to fire everyone and hire new people; seems counterintuitive.  That part worries me after seeing so many changes, with all the new people saying the same things as the old people said when they go hired.

I am not disappointed or depressed, or elated.  I am here, thinking 'maybe this will work' just like I have been saying for 22 out of the past 25 years.
