Tucker's run a 43 and a 34 and worked with Chud in 07/08.   He was considered an early favorite but Jacksonville was looking at him as a HC.   He'd match what Chud talked about not necessarily bringing in a 3-4 or 4-3 guy but a guy who would be able to either use both or use the best for personell.

Plus - He's from Cleveland. 
Minus - If he's any good this year he'll probably be a HC candidate over the next couple years

Morris was brought up in the 43 Tampa-2 system but moved the Bucs away from it when he took over to a man-to-man/heavy blitz scheme.  He reportedly did a pretty decent job on the Skins DBs this year although their defense as a whole was pretty bad most of the year.   Browns are  FS and CB away from having the personell capable of fitting well in the Tampa-2.   Maybe a DE too although I think Sheard would actually fit well in a Tampa 2.

Plus - He has experience as a HC even if it wasn't a very good experience
Minus - The farther up he got in Tampa the worst their defense got

Personaly , I'd like to see us stick with the 43 , but if we were to go 34 , then gime a younger more aggressive approach  more in line with how the inbred play it .

I believed before the search began that Horton would be the HC of the Cleveland Browns. He spent 6 years with the Pukes and is known an being aggressive and innovative on his side of the ball. Both of those made me think he would be a Haslam guy due to the time he spent as a minority owner for the Pukes. It didn't turn out to be correct however I do believe that Haslam was being honest when he said he came away very impressed with Horton. 

Horton understands the division, he took a group in Arizona and turned them into a nasty defense playing tough up the middle and his zone blitz schemes will work with our personnel. 

The only problem now is if we end up with anyone other than Horton as DC I'm going to be admittedly disappointed.
