At this point in a quarterback league Joe Flacco is literally the last player Ozzie would let go. Whether that makes him better than Matt Stafford is irrelevant.
First, agreed, Flacco isn't going anywhere, nor should he from their perspective.
Second, we should not be willing to pay him even if he were, not us, not now, no how.
