It is so refreshing that Chud talks about being flexible and only asking players to do what they do well for roles. Finally, we have a coach that seems like they are not so stubborn as to try and force players to implement the one scheme they have learned while climbing the coaching ladder. Flexible coaches (on both sides of the ball) are the ones winning now. The stubborn ones are like old men, getting pushed out of the game.
