Texas is downplaying it as expected. This has been going on for several years with Barnes. Football program has some skelotons as well.

This does not sound like a big deal for TX.

What TX needs to worry about is when the NCAA decides (big "IF") to investigate the illegal prep school that they are running outside of Vegas.

This is where Kabongo played before TX. 

I think that Yahoo Sports has done an investigation on Findlay Prep.
