Trotter: The hire of Bill Bedenbaugh was officially announced to the o-linemen today. He will start his new job Monday. # Sooners

I would have guessed Tulsa DL coach Calvin Thibodeaux, but not much talk that I'm seeing regarding him at the moment. I'm thinking Bob Stoops wants to make a splash with this hire. Otherwise everyone will criticize the hire and why he fired Shipp. |

Is Jeffcoat in the mix? Tough run at Colorado but such is life with that program. New coach will probably have a bit better result. But back to the Jeffcoat question or possibility, slim?

Didn't Holcomb just get hired as a position coach in the NFL? Don't see that happening. Also not sure Bryant would take a lateral move either. I wonder who is really in the mix.
