Re: Dorian Johnson

But why did he chose PSU in the first place if that was the reason? The local friends will always be at home doing the same things for decades to come . Both Pitt and PSU will play for the same postseason. No CCG, some lowly bowl, no National rivalry game like OSU Mich.

Or play for Urban Meyer, on a National level, most likely in a BCS game and a great chance to play in the 4 team playoff against the top competion. No Brainer

If he's good enough for the Pros, he might get drafter to Oakland or Arizona. What will the local friends do then? OMG

You can watch and record every OSU game on TV. I do it from San Diego. Friends and family attending the game could drive back home easier from Pitt. But to play and start for OSU and play in a BCS Bowl, or the four team playoff or the Big Ten CCG, and in THEGAME, and have huge CFB memories your entire life, OSU is the easy choice.

But if hanging close to local friends and HS friends is paramount, nut up and stay at PSU, why leave PSU for Pitt?

Re: Dorian Johnson

Is this that difficult for you? He chose PSU before the sanctions, left, decided he might want to stay close to home and is now expanding his options

Are recruits not allowed to change their mind in you're world? Ohio St was always the third wheel in the race untill he finally visited for a game IIRC
Do you think all recruits are obliged to come play for Urban Meyer? Kids cant like pitt more then Ohio St in you're unrealistic fantasy world?

I give the guy credit for being upfront about his preferences.

I read a report that says he called the kid a Cracker and then he got punched in the side of the head. Typical thug mentality and entitlement thinking, brought on by our new President.

Lol at you blaming this on the president, what are you gonna blame him for next?  The weather?  You must watch FOX news.  There's nothing "thug" about the president, he's educated just like any other president and if anything he's told young black people they need to start being productive members of society.  Not a big fan of him, but you my friend are an idiot.
