Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Marshall with a passing TD tonight
Elliott with 4 TDs in the first half tonight, giving him 8 in 6 quarters of play this year

Side note: Smith from Howland taken out after 3 carries with a shoulder injury

I think JT Barrett opens the season this weekend

Interested in seeing how Travon Chapman does from Kent going to Pitt, put up 500 total yards last week with 5 TDs

Also heard Larry Scott from Hubbard is off to another great night, heard 2 TD runs in the first half for the sophmore giving him 7 in 6 quarters

RE: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Remember the name Marcus Lattimore from Glenville, next great athlete from the Ville, and should be a lock down DB at OSU.

Jalin Marshall vs. HS teams, just plain unfair.

Re: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Marshon Lattimore performance reminds of seeing Stefon Diggs vs St X when Diggs was a junior.

# Buckeyes commit Darron Lee scores again, this time on a PR. Approx 55-yards (ballpark). 14-3 New Albany.

# OSU commit J.T. Barrett ( @ Jt_theQB) just threw a 76-yard TD pass. Had a 34-yard run earlier.

Just for fun Lattimore throws a completion from the wildcat for the 2 PT conversion. Better performance than Jalin Marshall from last week.

Re: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Have a friend that knows quite a few Glenville coaches and parents, and one real good parent friend kids plays at OSU now.
Was told about Lattimore a few weeks ago after OSU camps, was told once his film gets out, look out.  Good thing is, Lattimore either has or will get an OSU offer (Ginn holds onto them a lot) and he will be a Buckeye, wants to be a Buckeye.  May play the Marcus Hall games, maybe not, will be a Buckeye though.  Kid is electric, fluid hips as a DB, game breaker on offense.

Re: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

Lattimore is visiting ohio state tomorrow with the other Glenville kids. Him, Larry Scott, Dante Booker, Snodgrass, and Ferns are the top juniors in ohio most likely.

And Marshon Lattimore catches a 41 yard touchdown pass. No I'm not making these highlights up.

Marc Givler @ MarcGivlerBG I might be watching the best junior in ohio, this is special right here.

If you mean LJ Scott by Larry Scott, he is not that high. Probably not even close really.

Oh no, I see now. Larry Scott is a 2015 recruit, not a junior.

Re: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

No not LJ Scott. Im talking about Larry Scott. The kid that went untackled in his first game. Had 5 carries for 200+ rushing yards and 5 touchdowns. 1 punt return for a touchdown. All 6 of his first touches went for TDs. I think hes a 2015 recruit, my bad if i said junior.

Has a 91 yard TD game this night. 6'1 215 runningback

Twitter is all over this kid

Matthew Peaslee @ pittpeaswv Larry Scott busts out for a 91-yard TD run. Has six carries on the night and 119 rushing yards. Hubbard up 14-0 midway through 2nd Q.

Matthew Peaslee
@ pittpeaswv Set for kickoff between Hubbard (1-0) and Girard (0-1). First, check out an interview w/ Eagles' star RB Larry Scott :
http://www.vindy.com/videos/2012/aug/30/1964/

Dan Popio
@ DPopebigd23 Larry Scott from Hubbard had 5 carries for 201 yards and 5 touchdowns. Unreal

Scott is not a JR. He's a 6'0 205 RB from Hubbard who is very fast and very strong, he gets alot of Chris Wells comparison with his size and speed combo. Had 8 carries for 160 yards and 3 TDs tonight to my knowledge

Re: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

If he's as good as a soph like some are saying no way he plays D here unless he's playing both WR and DB.

2014 Glenville ath Marshon Lattimore says #OhioState has already offered. #buckeyes

Good thing to get on this kid early. Coming up for a visit, and you know how the Glenville pipeline works for the top players.

First I've heard of Larry Scott (and I'm originally from the area)... And I already know that I want him as a Buckeye!!!

Great RB from NE Ohio... History tells me, yes please!!!

Anyone know much about him? Favorite team growing up? Is he a buckeye lean?

67-yard TD pass by J.T. Barrett with 3 mins to play. Going for two. Barrett keeps it, gets in. Rider leads 36-35.

The team Barrett is playing is very good. #4 in the state in the 5A IIRC. Wonder what his numbers look like for the night

RE: Week 2 Ohio St recruit stats

6 sacks and FF for Sprinkle so 8 sacks and 3 FF in 2 weeks. Plus supposedly had 10 TFL and 5 sacks in a double scrimmage.

Not the best competition in Ohio but still awfully ridiculous.

Jayme Thompson with a pick 6, not sure about other stats.

2014 recruiting wish list
1. Kyle Allen
2. Jamarco Jones
3. Raekwon McMillan
