2011 4 Star WR - Ju'Juan Story is set to transfer
Hello,
First time ever actually posting to this board although I have read this forums for quite awhile now. I'm an insider on ESPN and they are reporting that Ju'Juan Story has been granted his release from UF. Story was a former 4* recruit whom had heavy interest in OSU. The ESPN story pegs OSU as the likely landing place for Story.
I know I can't copy and paste the article so hopefully some of our Columbus "insiders" can chime in.
He was a RS Freshman last year, would he still need to sit a year (lose a year) before he could don the scarlet and gray?

If he's interested in OSU, I say we take him. Kid has some very solid qualities. But would he have to sit out a year if he didn't play at UF?

If i remember his recruitment correctly, playing for Charlie Weis was the biggest reason he ended up going to UF. That and the uncertainty around the OSU program at the time.
Either way, i read reports the same day stating that OSU wont pursue him or accept him and that they are "full" at WR. So the coaches either feel good about the remaining prospects or they just dont want him here.

I would bet he ends up at USF, where all big school rejects seem to end up from the Southeast.

This is where the 82 instead of 85 potentially comes back to bite us. Usually we would have 1 or 2 in the back pocket for situations like this, but I think the back pocket may be empty right now.

Jajuan Story has Julio Jones type gifts.Very long,lean athlete,with raw hands.He has very good straight line speed and good feel for open spaces on the field.He will go up and get the ball.Very underrated guy,would be a great addition.

Kid will probably end up closer to home at South Florida in Tampa. Nobody knows what will be his future...he's never played one down of college football as of this moment.

Randy Shannon recruited him when Shannon was the HC at Miami and Shannon was recently hired to be TCU's LB coach which probably explains this move.
