Just the NCAA... really! I guess OSU should thanking JoePa and Co. for Schutt, Williams and Reeves from last year. No wait that just Urban outrecruiitng everybody else..

You need a link to common knowledge? Check out his twitter history where he talks about having to reconsider things or something to that effect after Psu got punished. Its no different then us getting Noah Spence, I don't see the big deal.

I know he out recruited michigan.

Actually, Michigan took the lead after his first visit to Michigan.  It was readily apparent to those with legitimate knowledge of his recruitment that after his round of trips in June, Michigan became the leader, ND actually became number 2, and PSU fell to third.  Obviously, this was well before the idea that PSU may actually get sanctioned by the NCAA. 

His "reconsider[ing] things or something to that effect after Psu got punished" was merely him reconsidering whether PSU would still be in his top 3 and should even be considered in his decision any longer.  He loved Ann Arbor and what it meant to get a degree at Michigan.  A good kid.

Much like Matt Foley has to be thankful JT wasn't around to make him cry.  When do the smart trolls get here?

Ferns told me personally he did not think he would be good enough to get playing time at OSU.
