0 stars just means he hasn't been added to the system yet.

He is a guy that is blowing up

How did the staff know about him if he was unranked and from out of state?

They do their homework?

When you have a relationship with a HS coach, as Meyer would with Florida coaches, they clue you in on their rising players. Its not like coaches mainly use Scout.com to figure out who they good players are.

The same way recruiting was done by stellar staffs prior to 1999.

Understand this about recruiting sites(and I mean this as no slight to the guys here at scout)

College football is BIG, BIG business.  BIG, BIG money.  And the teams/schools that do the best in the business are the ones that win the most and at the highest level.

If the recruiting sites guys were real experts at talent evaluation and projection, they would be working for Nick Saban, Urban Meyer, Les Miles, Bob Stoops, Mack Brown, etc.

In other words, the evaluation of the college football coaching staffs and recruiting coordinators are what you should pay the most attention to, not 3 stars, 4 stars, 5 stars, etc.  Of course in the era of Big Boy football as Bill and Nevada call it, its hard to ascertain what offers from the top staffs around the country are truly commitable OFFERS and which ones are essentially invitations to visit the campus and wait for a true OFFER

Again, not a slight at the Scout guys who do a lot of excellent work.

Looks very talented. Good to see the staff offer these this kid and Samuel early in the process. Both look to be big time playmakers and Law looks like he could play D too at a high level.
