The info on the premium board isn't worth it IMO. If you want early guesses then it is the place for you. If you want solid info then the other free boards are just as accurate. I liked premium when I was on it, but I'm a cheap A and just couldn't justify spending the $120 per year on it. Very good info from the inside guys and it's always kind of exciting hearing about a lot of stuff before it gets out to the public. If you don't mind paying the $9.95 per month it is good content.

not worth it,if you make a statement about jim tressel not being god and the greatest thing that ever walked they ban you,they have a love affair and you cant say anything about tressel or its a ban.if you disagree with one of the "top' posters they will ban you also,some guys with high post counts can say anything,but not the new guys.

Cons-lots of suck up posts and paying $ to hear that a kid really likes the Buckeyes and BG has a good feeling about him....you are paying for reassurance and hand holding-not info. We know who is visiting here on the free board. There's a certain kind of reassuring white rock....and some people do well with that.....

You do not get premium on other college boards...maybe on the pro boards, if that exists, but I doubt it. However, more importantly, why would you need premium on this site? I can give you all of the inside information you need. OSU is leading for every high school football player out there...if they don't commit to OSU, it's because they didn't have a commitable offer. It really is up to the individual and what they want. I had premium for a couple of years and didn't feel like it was worth it to me but I can see how others view it to be. I do have a premium membership on another site that I like much better but come to the free boards here because they are so active. The only positive for premium on this site in my mind is that it is troll fee.
Arguing that a proposition is true because belief in it has good consequences, or that it is false because belief in it has bad consequences is often an irrelevancy. |

The troll-free aspect of premium alone makes it worth it.
There are enough good "nuggets" to also make it worth it, and it's not always just recruiting stuff.

What happened back when the site drastically changed to 'fox network' or something of that nature? Were the premium boards locked out? And even though fox totally messed that up, arent they still planning on a big redesign of the webiste here, and changes to membership? If i were to go premium (which id like to) will this whole board be different in a month or two? Thanks in advance

You can cancel when you like, they have been very responsive Agree with this. I was a subscriber for almost a year but had to drop due to budgetary constraints. Free websites + twitter does not equal the info and quality discussion of the paid board here. Miss it quite a bit. |

I have been premium for a few years. Nevada and Bill are top notch and very amusing. I have belonged to almost every site except 247 and this is home for me.
