Any word on James Clark?
It would be really cool to get this kid. His film reminds me of Ted Ginn. Marshall is the "Percy Harvin," and Clark would be cool to stretch the field...although we already have that in Devin Smith and Philly Brown, Clark might have an additional gear. A 10.4 100 m is Ginn type speed.
Just need Miller and Meyer to work on the passing game.

RE: Any word on James Clark?
He has an in-home with Meyer on Wednesday night. Clark is unsure on if he will take the visit to Ohio State this weekend, but will decide after meeting with Urban. So can probably expect to hear some news on him on Thursday, if he isn't coming, then we have no chance, if he comes, we are in the running.

RE: Any word on James Clark?
Thanks for the info. Out of all the WRs left this kid looks the best imo. He might be as good as Quick... I don't see much difference. If we get Dontre Wilson, that would certainly be huge. My wish list: One of the two players above, and then at least one more OL. In fact, I think we can survive w/o anymore skill positions, but we need at least one more OL in this class. RE: Any word on James Clark?
An OT, please, not a guard. If you're going to have a wish list, might as well be specific.

Re: Any word on James Clark?
From ESPN Insider.... 9:13 pm last night...... Four-star WR Clark has change of plans By Corey Long | ESPN.com Four-star wide receiver James Clark (New Smyrna Beach, Fla./New Smyrna Beach) was all set to go to Florida on an official this weekend, but not before a round of in-home visits from other programs. Did a visit from Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer change Clark’s travel plans? The fast-rising 5-foot-11, 175-pound senior has decided to take a visit to Ohio State this weekend instead of Florida after Meyer spent more than an hour with Clark on a visit.
“I had a great visit with coach Meyer, and it was an honor to have him in my home,” Clark said. “I will be visiting Ohio State this weekend. “It’s a great school with a top-notch football program, and it’s also a top academic school, so it’s the best of everything.” It’s Clark’s fifth and final official, as he has previously taken trips to Clemson, Purdue, Northwestern and Nebraska. Although Clark’s change of plans is disappointing to Florida the receiver says he has not eliminated the Gators. “Florida is not eliminated at all,” Clark explained. “I’m just taking this opportunity to go to another place. Florida is pretty close to where I live.” Clark has taken an unofficial visit to Florida in the past month. Meyer coached Florida for six seasons and won two BCS titles. Clark says he was a fan of the coach while he was winning big in Gainesville. “I love the offense that he runs and how he puts guys in position to make big plays,” Clark said. “I’ve been a fan, and we talked a lot about that and how Ohio State could be the right fit for me.”

Re: Any word on James Clark?
Pretty sure that was a misprint and should read Ohio State. RBUCC2008 wrote: Looks like he eliminated Ohio State. His finalists are Florida, Ohio, Clemson, Nebraska, and Northwestern ....

Re: Any word on James Clark?
Clark could be the surprise and steal of the 2013 Class. He is athletic and very strong for his age and size. He seems to be able to handle hand checking and pressure from DB's. He is quick in space and runs good routes. Good student. Unless he wants to stay home and go to Florida I think Ohio State is the best fit.

Re: Any word on James Clark?
Clark has deceptively fast speed. FWIW, he is faster than Quick!! I havent seen separation from a defender like that since Teddy Ginn's days!!! Wow!
2014 recruiting wish list 1. Andrew Brown 2. Jamarco Jones 3. Raekwon McMillan
Ignore list: Naplesbuckeye2002
