Personally, I always rate classes by the average star (*) per recruit, and nobody will pass USC in that.

13 out of their 15 verbals are top 100 recruits, according to Scout

     Recruiting rankings are based on opinions. There are no championships for best recruiting class. Show me what you can do on the field with your tenure as a Buckeye, then, and only then can I rate your value as a player, and as a class. Anything else is just a strawman judgement. If Urban took a Jaron Dukes over a James Quick, you can't convince me that you'd be ok with that.
