Lol at this thread. Good stuff.
There are 1 or 2 recruits every year that scream trouble-whether tOSU signs them or not. Foster. Seantrel Henderson. The OL  last year from Chi-town who signed w/ Auburn. Terrelle Pryor, as it turned out.......

There's a certain kind of reassuring white rock....and some people do well with that.....

When was the last time you heard of a potential kid this talented on an OSU official or unofficial visit get sent home packing?  Even when Foster got home he started tweeting stuff to try and mend fences with OSU and the coaches.
A lot of schools backed off Foster the last few months, and OSU was the first to say it has been nice knowing you.
He has several academic issues and off the field maturity issues, but good luck.
When you can oversign and cut kids thru medical redshirts, gray shirts and not renewing scholarships, you can take a chance with a kid like Foster.
There was no coincedence other schools early in the fall, that Foster said he was going to take official visits to never invited him for official visits as well.

Foster never was invited for an OSU official weekend after they sent him home packing early from a summer visit.
You beat Pitt here, congrats.
And like quite a few mentioned, if you know anything about his academics or lack thereof, he may never see the field at all.   Trainwreck.

Duron Carter and the word "think" don't belong in the same sentence.

As usual I'll have to check Foster's tweets to confirm, but I'll guess he picked Alabama because all the young, multi-cultural professors there impressed him with interesting and exciting academic information.

That above makes no sense..Bama can bring him into school, if his grades are in order and if does not adhere to our rules, then we will get rid of him and it will be a mutual thing, I am sure because saban will make his football life terrible and not play him and put him on the scout team, superstars don't like the scout team, getting beat the hell up by the number one Def, if you are a wideout..
Pitt never backed off and I bet about 90% or more schools in the ncaa would take his verbal.. His high school coach says he is a good kid, does have problems maybe so, but so do a lot of kids, it just so happens he is a big time recruit..
What does greyshriting have to do with cutting players, one the most misinformed statements I have ever read. Greyshirting is a great thing, always has been and still is.. If your kid could take a greyshirt and enter tOSU in Jan or go to Auburn and enter school in august, I bet you would tell your kid to wait six months and enter tOSU, dumb not to if you are a buckeye fan....
