RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
We need more from our skill position players next year. Ezekial could be a jig saw fit. Hope he comes in focused. Glad to know he is a Buckeye.

http://www.prepforce.com/video/2870 Wow didn't realize he had such a nasty stiff arm. That will be a big weapon for him as he moves to the next level. He excels at making those subtle jukes, just enough wiggle to make the defender miss without losing any speed. He also shows great vision and hands. If he can add strength, pick up the offense, and hold on to the ball I don't see any way he redshirts.

RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Jalin looks faster IMO. Jalin is pretty fast compared to anyone though
I do like Elliot's frame and stride. Looks like he has a serviceable stiff arm move too. He has the tools to be good.

On the same day, on the same field, at The Opening Elliot ran a 4.42 and Marshall a 4.55. A big reason why Marshall's stock dropped a bit. Kid's a baller regardless. hidownthai95 wrote: Jalin looks faster IMO. Jalin is pretty fast compared to anyone though

RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Marshall didn't run a 4.55. He ran a 4.66 but was in a group of kids that had a timer malfunction and he chose not to run it again. No definitive time for Marshall, but he's not really a burner. Probably slightly faster than Hall maybe about where Miller is, but its his quickness that makes him dangerous. Elliot has legit wheels and is undeniably faster in a straight line than Marshall. stoptothink wrote: On the same day, on the same field, at The Opening Elliot ran a 4.42 and Marshall a 4.55. RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Ez E is way faster than Marshall is. Marshall has great vision which is what springs him free.

RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Vision is the most underrated tool for a running back and speed is the most overrated.
Go Bucks!!!

RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
True. And it creates those "Wow did you see that?" plays. And from taking alot of big hits. Unfortunately it can't be measured or put on a stat sheet. Elliott definitely has that. As does Brionte Dunn, running backs looking real promising for the foreseeable. PhxBuckeye wrote: Vision is the most underrated tool for a running back and speed is the most overrated.

You're pissed because we went after a committed guy? Guess what, we got nine guys who better go do it again. Do it a little harder next time. - U. Meyer

Go Bucks!!! except elliott and jalin both have it, and slow guys may have vision, but they won't put up stats

Go Bucks!!! Signed, Brandon Saine. To be fair I always thought Saine could have made a really good H-back if Ohio State had that position during his years here.

RE: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Looks like he has great acceleration and balance and very good field vision and top-end speed. His lateral movement is decent, but he appear to lose a little speed when changing directions (they can't all be Reggie Bush). I'm definitely looking forward to him suiting up as a Buckeye.

Re: Ezekiel Elliott Sr. Highlights
Ezekiel is one good football player. Clearly Elliott and Marshall are a couple of elite playmakers soon to become Buckeye's. These two have star written all over them and will be a big part of Meyer's spread offense in a few years. Elliott scores from everywhere and you must have someone spying him on every play. Outstanding senior season!
With Gibson and hopefully one more deep receiving threat this Ohio State offensive class will change the way Meyer can run his offense.
