I completely concur. Everything you said was exactly right because I remember reading the same stuff as if it was some "hard set in stone" policy that nobody else in the nation comes close to using when that's completely false

Truth is people make Hoke Mich fans like a god. Not true he felt with Dawson calling him and apologizing and his dad dieing was worth a 2nd chance. That said Hoke recurited Paroh Brown last yr and he coulda recommitted after visit. The policy is the spot is open and someone else can take it. Its always been that but  Mich fans dont want to listen.That said Dawson sitatuion is diff he was not let go for a visit but for talking to FL coaches behind there backs. He didnt take visit till after he was let go.

Are you sure it was Dawson apologizing and asking for second chances?  It appears that if he wanted to go to michigan he could.  The michigan staff appears to be chasing him not the other way around.

Doesn't a recruit have to have a certain score before he can take an official visit?
