RE: James Quick
If the kid is dumb enough to throw his life away by wasting his college football years at a dumpster school like Louisville instead of going to best school in the country then he clearly isn't buckeye material. WR isn't the most cerebral position but you still have to have at least some intelligence and it's pretty clear this kid basically has a peanut for a brain.

Re: James Quick
Good luck to James Quick he's a talented kid.
It's rare that the emotion of one big win can change a kid's mind this late in the process. Unless of course he was just screwing Urban and tOSU when he named them his leader when he got to San Antonio which is entirely possible.

Re: James Quick
I'll never rag on a kid for choosing his hometown school, no matter where it is. Good luck to him.

None of that has to be true he just had a choice of 1 out of 2 and he chose Loisville. It doesn't have to mean he was screwing with anyone or anything else. In the end he like the hometeam more. No need to hate, dude is the truth and that is why he was so coveted. It is a b itch move to diss him because he chose someone else.

Chip Kelly officially staying at Oregon. Say goodbye to landing Dontre Wilson in scarlet and gray. Just another next Percy Harvin that won't be here.

Re: James Quick
Hey Trashbag (Delreek)
1. Quick did in fact name OSU his leader when he got to San Antonio and publicly.
2. And in his video interview the words out of his mouth were that "The win against Florida sealed the deal for him."
It's quite logical to conclude that either he A. Changed his mind due to the game as he acknowledges it was a difference maker in his decision in his video interview. or B. He was setting OSU up as the fall guy to create drama while in San Antonio. or.............C. Changing his mind due to something else at the last minute is certainly a possibility but more unlikely than A or B IMO considering that we see the same unoriginal hat dancing and drama creation year after year.
That's not an insult to the kid. It's the reality of "The Game" most of these kids like to play.
Like I said "Good Luck to JQ he's a talented kid".

Re: James Quick
Jody Demling confirmed that James and the Quick family knew all along that James was going to Louisville. There is no rethinking this decision. It was the perfect way for it to end for the entire family. They're now concentrating on the next step, and recruiting is officially over in the Quick household.

Like I said "Good Luck to JQ he's a talented kid". You win based on the highlighted, that is funny.
