Re: Conley visiting this weekend
I think Conley eventually commits to the good guys. He admitted that he committed to scUM b/c it was his only big offer, and in the next sentence said vis a vis tOSU and Oregon you-as a recruit-have to look at the best overall situation for yourself and your family, not just your childhood rooting interest-Oregon.

I think I read somewhere that his mom lives in Oregon and that is why he wants to visit them. --------------------------------------------- --- scott91575 wrote: CLVBuck wrote: Not when they havent offered

Re: Conley visiting this weekend
He's still listed on Scout as a Michigan commit. Is it an error or has Hoke's policy suddenly become situational?

Re: Conley visiting this weekend
Did he end up attending the game? I saw his tweet earlier about Devin Smith being his "boy".
"I've loved Michigan since I was 10 years old," said Hoke, who received a six-year contract to coach the Wolverines with a 2011 salary of $2 million. "Being an assistant there for eight years, your passion grows for it. It's a place where we don't plan to move." ~Brady Hoke~

RE: Conley visiting this weekend
With his interest in Oregon and wanting to take other visits, what Conley is impressed with don't mean 2 squirts of p*** to me... He was on his way out... i was just interested if he made the visit... he wasn't going to end up @ Michigan anyways Massilloncoach wrote: Yes he did and from what i heard was not impressed with Michigan WRs (where he wants to play)

Re: Conley visiting this weekend
If hes indeed unimpressed w their wrs, that can be good or bad for us, depending on his perspective... he can either view it as an opportunity to quickly get on the field or view it as poor coaching and poor talent cultivation... gotta like how we find different ways to get the ball to Philly

Re: Conley visiting this weekend
Anxious to hear the spin on this one from up North. First they bash Urban for going after committed recruits, but now apparently Freddy hitting up Ty Isaac. Then they get on their soap box about commits taking visits, and if they do they are out. Apparently they are only out if ole Brady thinks he can replace them with someone better, i.e. culling the herd. Can't have it both ways, hypocrites.
