Deserves to be a high four star in my opinion.  I also think he will get lots of touches next year.  Shows nice hands, kid is gonna be a hell of a player for us.

Re: Taivon Jacobs 2013 Highlights

Kid has elite Tedd Ginn like football speed, but I don't see him as a high 4 star.

He is only 5'10" and only about 160 pounds.  He will need to gain about 15-20 pounds to compete in the Big10, and he might lose speed by gaining that weight too fast.  He also doesn't show many moves in his 2 years of highlights where he makes people miss in tight spaces, and doesn't break tackles even at the HS level.  His competition in Md is also not like Ohio or PA. I'd rank him higher than the #69 WR in the country, but probably not higher than #45.  He is more of an athlete/KR/PR right now than a polished WR.  With his speed, though, he can be a major weapon in a couple of years if he works hard and has a good attitude.

2014 recruiting wish list
1. Andrew Brown
2. Jamarco Jones
3. Raekwon McMillan

ESPN has him as a four star.  I also read something that said not many people knew about him because he didn't camp much at all.  He's gonna get touches next year.. mark it down.  Although I agree he's not polished at all, Urban will still find a way to get him touches.  Demonstrates leaps and bounds between his 12 highlight reel and this one, he has apparently been catching the ball a lot more with his hands.

Maybe, he might redshirt. Let him bulk up more.

The way Urban stresses speed...I have a feeling they'll get some 'good' weight on him and he'll maintain his speed.

That announcer would be annoying as hell if attending a game. Great looking highlights though!

Haha seriously! The announcer thinks he's the And-1 guy or something! How freaking annoying... He's screaming stuff like "NUMBER ONE PRIME TIME WITH THE BALL!..." and "YOU CAN'T TOUCH HIM!". C'mon man...
