dooley out at tennessee... effect on vonn bell? 

I think we all saw this one coming... how will a new coach at tennessee effecect recruitment of vonn bell?

Could be a bad thing if Tennessee hires a good coach. Kind of seems like Bell wants to play for his home state, but Dooley probably had him second guessing that.

Disagree here......relationships seems to be the most important thing with Bell & he has plenty of it with Urban, kid loves Urban Meyer.  Playing for Tennessee may be a big draw but i think it will be a big deal on who they hire.  What if Strong lands there but Vonn Bell doesn't like the guy?  The draw for playing for the home team ends up not as big.  He'll go with the coach whom he has the strongest relationship with.  No matter who they hire, it's prob not going to give that coach enough time to recruit Bell.

whoever their next coach is gonna be isnt gonna have alot of time to build trust and recruit him, isnt he gonna decide in January?

Dooley out.  Ohio State for the win.  Kid could start by the end of his freshman year and be a part of OSU's NC season in 2013. .

I imagine that among other factors, a big game for the Buckeyes next week in the Shoe would help things fall our way. Alabama might win out in the long run, but Bell is slated to be in Columbus the day of thr Iron Bowl. That has to count for at least a little bit.

Tenn. athletic program is so much in the whole with all the buy outs they really do not have enough money to go after a big name coach, unless the boosters come up with some BIG BUCKS. They use to have the BIG BUCKS for the players, but do they now have enough for a coach.
