RE: Adoption is the new recruiting game

RE: Adoption is the new recruiting game
Seriously the most bizarre amatuerism story I have ever heard. Who adopts a 20-year old grown man? Jeremy Bloom is deemed ineligible, but a dismembered SCe booster "adopts" Shariff Floyd and therefore can within rules pay all his bills, put him up in a nicer apartment, buy him a car, and take him(and a few teammates) on vacations. Bizarro World.

What people dont realize is "The Blind Side" isnt some feel good movie....its a manual on how to get away with a major NCAA violation and still come out of the situation a Hero. Why do you think you only saw SEC coaches in the movie?

RE: Adoption is the new recruiting game
I wouldn't take it that far, but the Tuohy's most definitely had ulterior motives. Oher wasn't some homeless kids who had never played football as depicted in the movie, by the time they met him he was already a well known football star. This situation takes it 1000 steps further. chrismoore wrote: What people dont realize is "The Blind Side" isnt some feel good movie....its a manual on how to get away with a major NCAA violation and still come out of the situation a Hero. Looks like we need about 20-25 volunteers a year to adopt some kids that just happen to be 5 stars. I think by the pics you can tell Joey Bosa needs a new father figure, I will be there for him and provide for all of his needs. His tattered emotions call out for a brand new Porsche. Who are you adopting?
