Mickey Mitchell Super Athlete
6'7 215 Athlete from Texas might be a bigger get them his older brother Mike IMO. As a QB this year in his first year starting varsity he scored 30 total TDs on 295 total touches (1 TD less then every 10 times he touches the ball is impressive) and averages almost 310 yards per game. In 189 attempts he has only 5 INTs on 58% passing, on 109 rushing attempts he has 890 rushing yards.
Did i forgot to mention he's also the #5 overall player in the nation for 2015 in basketball? Even more athletic his brother who os a freak in his own right and could probably be an excellent. WR or TE here (mickey that is) or even compete at QB in Meyers system.
His coach says he has 22 offers in basketball, about 15 are from BCS football schools, and out of his 22 offers half have told him they would let him play both sports if he wanted.

Maybe, but you do realize the Prestonwood has lost three games this year. They usually go undefeated or one loss.

And thats relevant how? I could see you're point if he played all 22 positions, or if he wasnt a first year starter. Or if you even got the number of losses right (2 according to maxpreps). Braxton Miller lost what 4 games his senior year? What a bust he turned out to be.

--------------------------------------------- I don't know if Mitchell is the best LB prospect in 3 years, a decade, or ever, in east Texas. One thing I do know is that he is one of the best in the country this season. Mitchell has all the tangibles to be a great LB at the next level. Love to see him in scarlet & gray. Buckeyes are on his list of top teams. I think we land him when all is said, and done. I believe both brothers will be big assets no matter which school, or schools they decide to play for. |

Better question is would he have time to play BB? The football team will be playing football up until the 1st. or 2nd. week in January every year. And this is a good thing.  |

Mickey Mitchell will NOT be playing football in college. Kid is a freak on the basketball court and at 6'7" as a freshmen in HS, there is no way he's done growing. He'll outgrow QB or WR by the time he graduates HS IMO.
