'13 class impact on upcoming season...

Earliest impact of this class should be in adding some 'spunk' to this upcoming season's offense.  WR / SE recruits seem more apt to other positions for freshmen to make an impact.  With the combo of DWilson, JClark, CSmith, JMarshall...I could see 1 or 2 of these players being mixed in with the returning starters (PBrown, DSmith, etc) in 3 or 4 WR sets & formations and adding to the playmaking ability of the offense.

Thoughts ?

GO BUCKS !!!

Speed, this is the fastest class I can remember. Could be several playmakers in this group. Mike Mitchell looks like a beast.

Granted, the incoming skill players are pretty impressive, even by OSU's historic standards.

That said, let's see how the freshmen do in practice. Freshmen make a lot of mistakes from the neck up, so the (duh, I know) key will be seeing which freshmen can match their mental speed to their running speed.

Speed and game breaking ability. The offensive skill players brought in are super fast. They say speed kills....and Meyer is bringing that to Ohio State more so than it has been in the past. Von Bell is going to be great...think Ed Reed type of play maker.

I think these freshmen are going to make a bigger impact on special teams than anything else. They'll be able to compete for PT of offense/defense...but we might see some of that speed on ST.
WE DON'T GIVE A DAMN FOR THE WHOLE STATE OF MICHIGAN
