Re: OT: Is Joe Flacco mentally challenged?

Getting back on topic:

Joe Flacco was named Super Bowl XLVII MVP...that, plus the championship, ought to be justification for a healthy salary increase.

I'll admit that I wasn't a big Flacco fan early on. But the dude has an impressive record over the last 3 years, and has a cannon for an arm. He deserves to be paid with the big boys.

Rex Grossman...eek1   Did you bump your head... What under any circumstances would give you the notion that Flacco would be the next Grossman... Flacco has been nothing but spectacular in the Playoffs his whole career, and not to mention Super Bowl win, Super Bowl MVP, and by all accounts a leader in the locker room.... none of those could be said of Grossman.

I am not sure about Brees either... Brees plays a more wide open style of football, that the Ravens will never deploy with Flacco.

Flacco is probably closest to Big Ben, not as athletic, but similar to style of play within their respective programs.
