Michigan Spartans and Brady Hoke 

The Michigan Spartans will continue to struggle on game day as long as Brady Hoke plays little to no role in actively coaching.  I get it, headsets mess up your hair and add 10 lbs, but you need them to talk to your coordinators and make important decisions.  If he just plans on standing there with his arms crossed, the least he could do it hold up a platter with a burger on it and do some advertising for Frisch's.
