It's that simple Well, if think Deer antler velvet spray is going to bring down bama, you are sadly mistaken. This is a complete joke, put out by snakeoil salesman. They could have dropped this story at the BCS title game but their is nothing. Three players receiving a sells pitch is not against any rules.

My understanding is that it is on the banned substances list for the NCAA. Players knowingly taking a known banned substance is something to raise an eyebrow at. I agree it is snake oil but either way rules is rules. Jetmanlee wrote:

How TTown didn't get UA in major hot water I have no idea. You have multiple high level players being seen dining with the man as well as signing merchandise that was being sold as well as wearing suits from the place raises a major eye brow. Of course the NCAA has looked at UA multiple times but "just not enough meat to do anything" is the phrase that was said. Jetmanlee wrote:

Take your pick Hell, may be tats The ONLY thing Bama has going for them is that some other SEC team with a stacked roster may take them down. Take the heat off them from inside the SEC and outside. aTm cough Georgia cough cough (Don again) Si, that would be best. Everyone wins that way. You told Nicky to not try so hard? None of this stuff helps players perform, you can not deliver HGH thru a spray, cannot be done, that is why they can test for it all day it will never show up, never will. If it did work why would people still be taking shots.

Samething happened to bama in Memphis. The NCAA used the info from the court case to hammer bama, samething for USC. NCAA does not have suspenoa power. Also, tats did not bring down tOSU, it was Tressel making false statements to the ncaa that screwed over tOSU. I agree it is likely bogus crap but again from all accounts it is, and was, illegal to use. I doubt much, if anything, comes of it though. If you are talking about eating in the dining room of a booster where you happen to purchase goods from, and are seen signing merchandise that is forsale by this person, it may be perfectly legit but from the outside looking in it looks bad. I have a question, do you believe Pryor received extra benefits from the car lot? Course YEARS before that they already had all the testimony from people they were going to get... Like Oregon... Friggin NCAA... WTF are they waiting for??? Another infraction to show up so they can slap a LOI on Oregon too??? Buddy it's ok if you're ignorant The NCAA found that players were eating at Papadkis Taverna an eating establishment of a former player's family that there was a "booster" involved and that it was an infraction. Not a big one(?) but they put it on the pile as well.

Look, from the outside looking in USC would have been scott free if Bush had paid lake the money. Then it would have been settled out of court, well that did not happen. The NCAA does the samething to everybody, they take thier time, they are not any hurry, because they have all the power. USC,Bama,tOSu,ducks, or whoever could just leave the NCAA and by pass the sanctions but they would have no one to play, just the way it is...

Easier to get around than you think. Go look at the parking lot of most major universities and you'll see some very nice cars in the parking lot. If the NCAA checked everything there'd be no time to check anything else. Jetmanlee wrote:
