what is there to talk about ?  Seriously ?

Are you asking for an investigation, what schools, boosters, or fans have done this or are doing this ?

Every major program has fans, boosters, that will say things or even do things for willing Athlete's to get them to come to their favorite school.

Are you surprised by this acknowledgment ?  Do you not think this happens at all the Top 40 programs ?

The more I think about the whole OSU tat thing the more I want to laugh.
It's just a drop in the bucket to what goes on down south every day and they continue to get away with it.
If you got $ and a microphone (ESPN) you can do just about anything to protect your investment.
