Awesome, our secondary would be in trouble without him.

Re: Roby Returns!!!

Wouldn't this guy be a first rounder!!!! He has great cover skills from what I've seen.
Turning down some dough but if he wants to win a title I don't blame him. Big boost for osu.

Re: Roby Returns!!!

Awesome! Roby would most likely be a mid to late 2nd round pick if not 3rd round in this years draft imo. Not that it matters at this point, I think another year on campus and showing the scouts what he can do on the field will elevate him into a potential 1st round pick next draft.

Agreed. Our secondary was certainly going to be weak.

Excellent.  He keeps the DefBackfield from being a huge question... although, I think the DBs are going to turn around and be an amazing group next year.  SOme of the young guys are going to shine.

Official Now - Roby Returning for RS Jr. Season

Defense needed Bradley to return.
From Dispatch:

“It was a tough decision. I looked at a lot of things and, even though I have pretty good stock for this year’s draft, I really think it’s better for me and my team for me to come back for another year,” said Roby, a consensus all-Big Ten first teamer and second-team Walter Camp All-American. “We have some unfinished business, kind of, with the NCAA, which kind of took our season away from us before we even started.”

“We should really be playing in the national championship (game), but we weren’t able to, so I really felt like if I come back we’d have a better chance,” Roby said. The OSU defense is losing seven starters from the 2012 unit, including lineman Johnathan Hankins, who opted to leave early. “Also, I haven’t finished what I came to Ohio State to do, which was to become one of the best corners to come out of Ohio State,” Roby added. “I don’t think I’ve accomplished that yet.

“I know the NFL is there, the money’s there, but you always have another opportunity for that. I just talked this over with my family and feel like this is the best thing for me to do.”

to be honest i thought roby was gone, some mock drafts had him in the first round, and you know his forty would have been in the 4.3 range or better, but good for him and us.
