Minnesota 50 - GreenBay 25
I got Minny here.I think they can run the ball on Greenbay and there front which has struggled.I don't think encooperating the injured guys right away will help.Minny is on a roll and they are on a bond, they will prevail.

Minnesota may win as they can run the ball and control the clock. Should be a fun game to watch.

I'll give him a break on this one as Joe Webb was starting.

Is Christian Ponder 40 points better than Joe Webb?

True, I used a strawman argument in a way. But my point was, Minnesota was lucky to beat GB last week. They got an amazing game out of Ponder, AP was a man on a mission to trying to get the record, they had more to play for, we're at home, etc etc. All that, and they still only won by what 3?
Anyone that thought they had a great chance to beat, let alone blow out, GB with their full arsenal of WRs and a healthy chuck Woodson was dreaming big. Better for the nfl anyways, GB at SF is gonna be a great game to watch. --------------------------------------------- --- lakeeriebuckeye wrote:
Didn't say that but they had zero chance with Joe Webb.

I am looking forward to all the games this weekend as it is the best weekend for Pro Football. Seattle looked great today after the first quarter.

Re: Minnesota 50 - GreenBay 25
And how did that prediction work out for you? I am a life-long fan of the Black and Blue Division. I like the Vikings. But they are no match for the Packers, who have owned that Division for years now. The Vikings win, occasionally (especially if the game is at their house), but player-for-player, they aren't close to Green Bay in talent. The foregoing notwithstanding, Adrian Peterson is poetry in motion. He is phenomenal. He ran wild against Green Bay in their two previous games. But if you watched Saturday's game, you saw that Green Bay easily schemed against a repeat of that. He doesn't get his yards between the tackles. He beats you on the perimeter. They sealed off the perimeter better, and held him (barely) under 100 yards. Now you might say, "But the Vikings were relegated to playing a back-up QB." That's true, but the "Purple Faithful" have been bitching all season about how bad Ponder is, and how he's the reason they've been losing. So how can they now say, "If only we had Ponder in there..." Also, they beat Green Bay the week before when the Packers weren't at full strength, and Green Bay was already in the play-offs. Less to play for. So only a stooge would have picked the Vikings to beat Green Bay 50- 25. Oh; wait a minute. Now I see who made that prediction. Never mind. You can't fix stupid... experto40 wrote: I got Minny here.I think they can run the ball on Greenbay and there front which has struggled.I don't think encooperating the injured guys right away will help.Minny is on a roll and they are on a bond, they will prevail.

I wouldn't be too hard on experto. His prediction record on this board is pretty much unrivaled. Pipey wrote:
