I was jsut watching the Neb-Geo game and seeing a ton of holding, I flip back to this game to see the TD throw by MSU and a blatant hold here.

Wow, no holding calls vs SEC teams in any of the games.

Big INT for NW. Could be a TD for them...

Fitz is a much better HC than Dan Mullen.

By far.

Well, for one thing, NW plays in the B1G. That alone automatically makes them slower, less athletic, less well-coached, and so much more.

It's not certain, but NW really should not lose this one at this point. 34-20 with 8:10 left.

I think Fitz is so underrated.  He's a good one.

I agree - he's clearly an excellent coach. NW should have beaten Auburn a few years ago, had they not lost their FG kicker at the end of the game.

Right now, it looks like NW is finally going to get over the hump.

Not trying to be smart about this. Is there an average, or a min/max we should be referencing that makes this number notable?

What I was getting at is the "keep an eye on that". Spread teams often run a lot of plays and can gas a defense in the 4th quarter. I posted that just after the begining of 3rd quarter. NW so far has run 80 plays - more than average I belive. Have not seen obvious impact but thought it was worth taking note of.

Certainly was an issue for LSU last night.

GO HAWKS !

Shhhh, killer instinct... going for the jugular for a change... keeping the defense guessing.

Too early to 3-and out and punt.
