Purdue doing an awful job covering kicks and punts so far

Purdue played 1 game this year... vs OSU.

This is a massacre in the making.

Another team playing like it really does not want to be there.  You can go into a bowl game and want to do your best, go in and want to prove the world wrong about you, or you can act like it is a waste of your time. 

Purdue, like NCSt., would rather be at home playing video games, it seems.

Notre Dame needed a FG at the end of the game to break the tie.

How's Purdue ALWAYS stink except when it's time to play us. They just stink and can't find their' way back to having NFL QBs

This is where not having Ohio State and Penn State hurts.

Purdue and Minnesota are the #8-9 Big 10 teams, WITHOUT ARGUMENT.

Oklahoma State is the #4 team in the Big 12. Texas Tech is the #5-8 team in the Big 12 (If you go by the fact that Tech and TCU were 2-1 v. Tech, TCU, Baylor, and West Virginia, AND Tech beat TCU you could say that Tech is the #5 team in the Big 12).

Getting Minnesota to lose on a last second FG, and Michigan State to beat TCU was doing well for the Big 10.

Purdue played tough @ Notre Dame and @ Ohio State. However, those are probably their 2 biggest games of the year. I was hoping they would get up like that for the bowl game v. a good Oklahoma State team, but they obviously haven't.

Purdue is awful...how did OSU struggle with this team?

Indeed.  They were up for that game, too.  Apparently it needs to be a Top 5 team to inspire them to play a game.

this only proves that Hope was a joke of a coach.  Purdue has horrible fundamentals in the game.  That should have been learned by fall camp.  Purdue should not be allowed to be in a bowl game for the next 5 years after this raping.

Purdue always plays Ohio State tough!

The only exceptions to this was 2007 @ Purdue with Todd Boeckman in what was supposed to be a close game, AND in 2010 when Purdue was depleted on offense due to injuries and Ohio State wanted revenge for 2009 loss @ Purdue.

OSU fans wish we had an explanation as to why Purdue can play OSU close but otherwise generally suck.
