Re: Meyer to Cleveland?

The Browns don't have a qb to run his offense, and in the AFC North, I personally think a spread type offense would get destroyed.

RE: Meyer to Cleveland?

I'd shocked to see Meyer leave OSU for anywhere (maaaaybe ND) especially to the flippin nfl.

Re: Meyer to Cleveland?

Urban will be the head coach while Tressel is the D-coordinator and Cooper is the O-coordinator. I would say that Bruce could be special teams coach, but he is up there in his years and don't think he could do it physically. Also, Hoke will go to the Lions, BOB will go to the Steelers or Eagles, Wilson or Hope will go to the Colts, Bielema will come back to the Packers, Beckman or Fitzgerald will go to the Bears, Kill will go to the Vikings, Pelini will go to the Chiefs and with Md. coming into the Big Ten Edsell can go to the Skins, and the guy at Rutgers can go to the Jets or Giants.  Have I left anyone out? The Big Ten can take over the NFL.

Nope, ND was always his much lower #2 choice.  He had a chance to go ND, refused it.

I didn't say he would...but, if you woke up tomorrow and read that Meyer had left where's the fist place that would come to mind.

No right answer just curious...I would assume it was ND because it's the only other place I've heard him talk about being a dream job.

What would be the first place that come to mind for you...or anybody else.

ND would be a lateral move, at best.  The only other option would be The League.

Re: Meyer to Cleveland?

Nope, you are wrong on the O-coordinator. Walt Harris will be tapped to run the offense.
