It's just motivation for them to get their a$$ in gear. When they sign on the dotted line, they are under contract basically to attend all football related obligations. Div 1 football players are not like average college students and they treated differently because of that. Sometimes it's good and in other cases, like this, it's bad. If they want to skip workouts, they are only hurting themselves. I like the sign.

Looks like it is in a position where it can be made to go public, unless the Trainers Office door is behind top level security clearance and only football staff and players can get there.
