B1G bowl games...
Which B1G are you rooting for to win and which do you think will win ?
I was pulling for all teams except Wisc and Michigan. However, with Bielema's exit I feel a bit bad for the players and now I hope they win. As far as Michigan...screw 'em and I NEVER root for them !
As far as who I think will win...in my bowl challenge at work I picked ONE B1G team to win...NW ! Uugh ! Amazing ALL 7 teams are underdogs !!!
GO BUCKS !!!

Re: B1G bowl games...
I actually feel Mich St., NW, and Michigan all have good chances when i look at their opponants.
Michigan of the 3 has the hardest of the matchups but that game will not feature the Gamecocks RB, from at least what I know or heard and SC has tendencies to be rather inconsistant. I do like the Wolverines chances here.
My Toss up game: Purdue vs. Okie St. I just for whatever reason dont sense Okie states that much better than Purdue and are no where near what they were the last 2 years. Purdue has a chance to Win. A slight one, but nevertheless, a decent shot.
I dont see Wisconsin or Nebraska coming out good in those 2 games. Georgia will have Nebraska beaten by the Halftime, and Stanford Sorry, will be too much up front and difficult for Wisconsin to match up against. I dont see many points scored in this Rose Bowl, not a whole lot like last years Wisconsin/Oregon game, but do like Stanford by anywhere from 8-12 points.
I see Minnesota Losing as usual as well. Other than that, I would argue that this assessment of predicting bowls for the Big Ten, who could complain when you look at what was previously forcasted.

Re: B1G bowl games...
Rooting for all of them except TTUN.... would've said Wisky, but with Bielema gone, I'm pretty indifferent about the Rose Bowl.
I think Sparty and Northwestern have the best chances to win.... I think TTUN and Nebraska will be destroyed if S Carolina and Georgia play to their abilities. Purdue and Minnesota.... either one would be a pretty big upset..... but who thought SMU would spank Fresno y'day?!?

As we know Vegas is ALWAYS right.
I think Oklahoma State will smoke Purdue! However, Purdue found a way to nearly beat 12-0 Notre Dame, and 12-0 Ohio State. Them hanging around with Oklahoma State would not surprise me either. Re: B1G bowl games...
I think South Carolina is better than most people think. They barely lost their two games on the road, one due to bad turnovers. Their QB is dangerous with his feet and can throw well enough. Their defensive line is really good.
Michigan could get demolished in this one.
I give Nebraska a decent change against the Dawgs. UGA has been "inconsistent" this season and apt to suddenly play poorly, and they may be hung over from the SEC CG and/or thinking about playing on Sunday. Most of their defense will get drafted.

I pull for B10 in bowl games. Even Michigan. Now, trust me, I don't lose any sleep if they lose....

44-11 is not barely a loss where I come from. cincydawg4 wrote: I think South Carolina is better than most people think. They barely lost their two games on the road, one due to bad turnovers. Their QB is dangerous with his feet and can throw well enough. Their defensive line is really good.

Re: B1G bowl games...
Yeah, I should have worded that differently. They got whacked, but in large part due to turnovers deep in their own territory.

The spread is established by the money bet on a game. The House wins nearly every time, every time if they balanced the bet properly. UPSETS happen, obviously. A 3 point dog will win about 40% of the time. A 7 point dog wins about 30% of the time, and so on. The only thing the spread means is where the betting public is putting their money, a kind of democracy in action, a collection judgment.

Texas tech vs Minnesota might be historically bad for the Gophers

RE: B1G bowl games...
The B1G would be lucky to get out with 2 wins total this bowl season. I think they're gonna lose all 7 games. Just bad matchups for teams. Minnesota and Purdue are gonna get crushed, Michigan State's offense isn't good enough to beat TCU, Nebraska is trending down after that defeat in the B1G championship game so I just can't see them beating Georgia, Michigan is gonna have alot of trouble with the SC defensive front, Stanford's a better team than Wisconsin, and Northwestern will somehow pull a Northwestern in the bowl game

Rose Bowl. The little 11 are all laughing at you. No. At 8-5 the Buckeyes are laughing at Wisconsin, as are several other teams. Now...go back to your hole, troll.
