Terrelle Pryor
Has a 22 yard reception. Also, Carson Palmer just got injured and TP could be getting a lot of snaps at QB due to Matt Lienart being god awful.

RE: Terrelle Pryor
I was there, very close to the field...Leinhart is terrible..If TP can't beat him out, I have no idea what any team has in store for him as a QB.
On another note...Luke Kuechley is a beast... 21 years old and he should be a pro bowler. He smacked TP once on a QB draw that I think TP will be feeling for a couple days.

RE: Terrelle Pryor
I have no ill will towards TP/Tat5/Tress at all. Everyone makes mistakes, in my opinion this isnt even worth being called a "mistake." They sold their personal belongings for tattoos smh. Its not like the Cam Newton situation where he was making $100,000 to play for a school. That is cheating. Still can't see how a couple of tattoos give a player a competitive advantage. For those who cheered Tressel at halftime (I did) how can you root against TP. Tressel and TP were both guilty of breaking an NCAA rule, doesnt make sense to me to cheer one and hate the other.

I have friends who play in the Mac who would never pay for food or drinks at a bar. Just the way it is, tp doesn't deserve te hate

RE: Terrelle Pryor
Tressel has accomplished much more than Pryor ever will. He also carries himself with a million times more class. Maybe that explains why people remember Tressel more fondly? RE: Terrelle Pryor
watching lienart play yesterday instead of pryor was horrible.. then watching cam throw some okay passes to wide open recievers and scrambling around and getting long runs was just a slap in the face. you have two players who are extremely similar with one having a laser of an arm. and one being faster. but pretty much the same type of player. one is a number one overal pick who starts from day 1 and one is a third round supplemental draft pick who rides the pine for two years. its so frustraiting. no person can sit there and tell me newton is WORLDS better than pryor. he might be better in accuracy and strength but damn.. pryor isnt that bad to have matt lienart start over him.
i hope pryor can get out of oakland quick before the coaches ruin his nfl career. hes being wasted.
if he doesnt get meaningful snaps next week vs. san diego then i would demand a trade.

I see both sides, but it is hard for me to root for anyone who puts the overall program in a jeopardy for their own purposes; that includes players AND coaches.

Taribor wrote: I see both sides, but it is hard for me to root for anyone who puts the overall program in a jeopardy for their own purposes; that includes players AND coaches. then you might as well never root for Ohio State football ever again, because I can tell you right now, there are plenty of players benefiting from free perks and handouts right now and there are coaches not following the rule book 100% and finding loopholes around rules....
as are most players and coaches at major universities
you're completely naive to believe otherwise
expecting most of these players not to takes handouts and get benefits is about as similar as expecting college students to not drink until they are 21.... neither one of those things are realistic.... and thus, neither are enforced strictly because it would be impossible to do
Pryor and co got busted for selling/trading stuff for some tattoos.... just be happy that is the extent of what got out and what they got in trouble for because I can guarantee you theyve all taken and have done much worse than that

RE: Terrelle Pryor
I use to be a bouncer at Park Street as of October. I can tell you first hand that I have personally seen players get in free, free drinks and underage players allowed entrance. It happens.
