Another lost season for the Raiders and Palmer is his usual overrated self, not leading them to any winning seasons or playoffs anytime soon. Might as well start the youth movement and get Pryor ready for fulltime action in the next 2 years.

I hope TP plays alot on Sunday.  The Browns will beat the crap out of him.  The Browns defense is starting to play really well, and TP won't be able to get away with making the same throws he did in college.  TP will be a career backup at best, at worst he will be out of the league in 2 years.  He should've moved to receiver or tight end when he came out in the supplemental draft.

If you need it broken down really slow: Pryor will take more NFL snaps at QB than Denard Robinson & Devin Gardner combined.

Why limit it to a year Pryor didnt play at Ohio State?
Ill bet Robinson will be active more games even as a KR then Pryor takes snaps in their careers. Pryor is just bad as a QB, so bad he is active for the first time this year on a 3-8 team that has Matt Leinart ahead of him on the DC IIRC

Robinson will at least have value as a KR

Palmer turns 33 on Dec. 27th, which tells me it's definitely time to see what Pryor has before the end of the year, although I don't expect a rapid improvement in the Raiders to begin with in the immediate future.

Well, the Raiders are under new ownership. I can see them wanting to see what he can do. Palmer isn't the long term answer at QB for them. Heck, the Eagles just did the same thing with Foles.

He's better than anyone on the Raiders roster now, if Cam Newton can play in the NFL then so can Pryor
