He was voted top recruiter for non BCS schools in 2005 and has been in the top 10 pretty much every year.

K so he was the DC under Urban when they beat Pitt and under Whittingham.  I actually didn't know that.  I always thought Urban coached that game against Bama.

lucky he is bringing his coaches with him. The 6th badger assistant coach to leave this year just took a position at Cal.

Urban had been in Gainesville for about three years when Utah took down Bama.
