A. Your login session (cookie) will expire periodically. If you see a "Sign in" link at the top the site, you need to click the link and login with your username and password.

A. Account status information is available by first signing in to your membership account, clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of the front page of the site. Then click "My Subscriptions" to view your subscription status.
