Being a Tennessee native who also has spent time in Texas and near Kansas City, I agree with you on the BBQ.

They do know how to make biscuits in NC. In the old days, you could get good biscuits even on the UNC campus. You could see Yankee students marveling at them.

The only fast food I have ever missed is Bojangles chicken and biscuits.

If the BBQ is bad, its probably the person making it.  biggrin

I was raised on the ENC vinegar-based BBQ, and, its still my favorite.  But, good BBQ is good BBQ, no matter where it comes from.

Bojangles sweet tea is awesome.  Goes just right with a cajun-filet biscuit.  biggrin

I agree that Bojangles' biscuits are pretty good, although being a Cajun boy, Popeye's is still #1 in my heart (and by heart I mean arteries, close enough).

Ouch Big East can't even pull in MWC teams... Good for the MWC to hold their teams together.

In before the XII lock.

Beef O' Brady's Bowl is modestly entertaining. Can't beat a 24 team playoff though!

Playoffs, baaabbbyyy!!!

I saw this on a Syracuse board...

It seems the Hive has become anti West Virginia board. Nice...

And, go to the Georgia Tech board, The Hive. Do yourselves a favor, and, read some of the 'Big 12 Expansion' threads. There is a lot of good info about what the real truth is concerning the ACC, media deals, rumors, etc. The Techies are cool hosts, and, I guarantee you, you'll have some laughs along the way, too.

Just to stay on topic, am I the only one who was raised to eat biscuits and syrup?
