Weather

mad   OK...just about the time you think your garden is in good shape, up steps mother nature.   Rain, down to 50 tonite, only to 60 tomorrow.   And get this, snow in the mountains!  Of course, I just put out my tomato plant.  That;s right plant.  I'm the only one in the house to eat them so don't exactly need more.   Well cross fingers and hope the wind doesn't get too wild.  Like in Neb., hope people there are good with double twisters happening.   Luck to all.  Cheryl

Re: Weather

OK Cheryl, you need to go to the Premium Gardening Forums and start posting on the Gardening Weather Watchers thread. At least you can vent your weather frustrations with sympathetic members.

I have already had several weeks of high 90's temps and today my low was 43º and the high will be only 67º. Winds yesterday peaked at 35 mph gusting to 43 mph.

I saw that double twister on the news...terrible!

We've already broken a record at 106* about a week ago.

Hope your Tomato plant is hanging in there.

Re: Weather

Did anyone receive damage from Arthur? We've had flooding in the Midwest but nothing like what we're seeing in the video from that storm!
