There were a number of Ducks on our plane to Maui and a couple beavs. When we took our seats in front of them, they said we were probably all bandwagoners! Such a cute delusion they've got going.

And what we they?  Not really fans at all..?

I'm surprised that you all didn't convert to Beavs on the flight over! I heard somewhere that they have "too much momentum" as a program, so it must have been tempting.

Loyd was great tonight. Had some great steals and the crowd loved it when he took it end to end when Stanford was in the full court press.

The whole team played with heart,'especially in the second half and got their payback on Stanford.

My first time to Matt Court. If that was a lively crowd I would hate to see a dead one. Is there a rule against standing and cheering? Looked like most of those dead bodies would take a stick of dynamite to get them out of their rockers. Change the name to Matt Knight Mausoleum.

I asked the guy next to me why he didn't stand and cheer? He said, "We need something to cheer about." He never stood the entire game except to go to the bathroom. Pathetic crowd.

Bring on the beavs.

I haven't been to a bb game at Matt arena, just an acrobatics competition. I have to say, I'd hesitate to stand, at least in upper seats, where it is (or at least feels) so steep. Of course, I've got acrophobia. :D (I sat in the upper balcony at the Hult Center once--never again!)

On TV I couldn't even see if the upper seats were filled, it's so dark. Even the lower seats are dark on TV. But it seemed as if people were cheering, if not standing.

It is just sick in a bad way that these people are so spoiled.  I haven't any figures to back it up but I would say our DUCKS are probably close to the winningest program in all of college sports.

It sounds like your neighbor didn't even go out for popcorn...lol.

I have coached a lot of kids basketball..........and I love our games.  Extremely happy that Johnny got his confidence back though.  Shooting is knowing you can do it.

I don't know why it's so dark upstairs. Why don't they light up the place. It does seem like a dark tomb in there. When you watch the game on tv you can't even see that there is an upper deck. Light up the place and make it more lively like the pit. Other than the noise level not being like Mac Court that really is my only other complaint is how dark and dreary it is especially upstairs. Great game though. First place with just two weeks to go! BTW it was nice that they finally put the 1939 champ banner in the new arena.

Gosh, I don't know what to say.

Actually I rode back there for the game in my model T.  I only had a learner's permit at the time.  I was stopped 3 times but didn't get a ticket because I was wearing my Oregon jacket and the cops liked Oregon because they had heard of the birth of our savior, Phil Knight.

I had seats 5 rows up in back of the basket. Standing and cheering the whole time and especially for Loyd.  When the guy said he needed something to cheer about I told him, "Chicken or the egg?" We almost got in a fight, thought I was on educk?
