your first mistake was making that assumption. 2nd is looking a gift coogit in the mouth.

Always accept gifts from coogs...thats what they do.

Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

according to ej postgame, he heard several cougs from the bench yelling 'foul, foul' right before it happened. sounds like a ken bone problem if several players were at a loss for their surroundings.

Re: Thank you Coogs

There are two ways to take this game. One, the Cougars are hapless and stupid and it took that for equally weak Oregon to win; or two, Oregon, with a target on its back, came out of its lethargy and won a very gritty victory away from home without two first string players.

Re: Thank you Coogs

oregon's also a good, but hardly dominant, team. it's not like we're trotting out six mcdonald's all americans each night and scratching our heads as to why they can't put a team away properly. we struggle to score sometimes, cougs caught fire for awhile, a close game ensued.

talent-wise, i don't think we're a top 25 team, let alone down a couple starters. that we're ranked and have the record we do is a testament to coaching and bunch of selfless players buying into something bigger than their talent.

imo.

i think they may be so used to losing a coug simply operates under the perception that they're down no matter the circumstance.
