At one time there were members on educk.  We are not getting any response from people who can make a difference.

Next week we play teams that we should have beat.  I just had a thought.  Students come in an hour early when the players are warming up and practice..... getting the noise meter up to the top.

Seriously, I belonged to the Duck Club of Portland back Dick Mimnaugh and John Pinson met early and put up tents.  When living in Portland part of the dues included all you could drink and eat at the our tent at Autzen.  I limited myself to one small beer.  Even though the Ducks were not as good then, I didn't want to miss any of the game.

You know, thinking about it, we have been improving every year (almost) since 1989.

I has been fun and I am looking forward to the DUCKS getting better from now on.

I believe D3 is the reason Ms Bo is here today.  After the first stroke doctors in ICU tried to encourage us to.....let her go.  More so after the one in August which was caused by the heat.  Besides that when she was recovering she got something that sent her to the hospital with 105 degree temperature for five days.

Last week the expert at the care center said that she should never come home.  This morning while I was fixing breakfast she dressed in a brand new outfit, herself, was up by 8 am...She talked to our son and a neighbor on the phone later...The neighbor was amazed that she was home.  She had seen her 3 weeks ago.  Under the influence of that ill diagnosed medicine she was pretty bad.  And the talk with the neighbor today went 100%.

Quacks has a reading problem...lol.......He is only taking D3 because I said so...
If he read what all the stuff on that site he would be overwhelmed. The site has been there for over 12 years.  Most of the testing has been overseas. New finding are listed daily...  If you are afraid of cancer be sure to read that section.

It also may help you lose weight.........Seriously more important everyone in the care centers should take at least 5000 IU s a day.  Pneumonia and like diseases kills many older people.  Ms Bo lost 6 roommates during her stays.  They came in far better health than Ms Bo...

I don't want to "bore" you.  After all this is a DUCK site.  Most of you probably have grandparents who could probably add years to their lives though.  I have studied this for more than 5 years.  I want you to read it..  Every time I run into some dog lover at Autzen dog park they tell me they have something...lots of times arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis......Then they rave that it is gone or mostly gone.  Fibramialga is another.  A friend's wife in Sacramento takes 15,000 a day and calls it a wonder drug.  (It is not a drug.)

There are hundred, maybe thousands of diseases out there.  I have said enough.

Magic, i worked with Dicks brother for close to 30 years.
He was evil lol he was a Beaver. I also worked in that tent many times cooking and odd jobs. Ron's wrestlers did the cooking for many many years. FUN TIMES.
