Not a surprise, was announced earlier this week. Also nice that only two or three football players stayed to support their fellow student-athletes in second half.

Most of the fans were gone too.  Out eating the free popcorn I guess.

Poorly handled...........If they could have introduced them one by one and added some excitement it might have come off better..

Lots of the other student section bailed at halftime too.  Honestly, I don't think they could be blamed  ........BUT

They missed the comeback of the DUCKS...22 points in the first half, 51 in the second.

Good job!!!

I think she makes a good point ... er two good points.
If someone missed the announcement, then the team's appearance came as a surprise.
It was nice to see the team come out. On the other hand, they did not stick around for the second half.

So all you attendance complainers take note. Even with free tickets people (fiesta bowl champs) with lives don't watch your average college basketball game. They probably can't stand to look at our hideous floor. If I was Phil for a day, the one change I would make is to paint the floor green. Maybe attendance would go up if we didn't have to look at something worse than the Boise blue turf. Yes it is worse.

Complaining about the floor is so 2010.

Talk about bitching over gifts..............

I think if they made a centerline dark enough and large enough for all to see we might gain turnovers on our press.

The second half was back to great again.  Keep it up.

Hayley Mills, if you want to complain about Oregon athletics, kindly go over to doogman, bf.com or pure-hatred.net.

Have no idea why these posts upset you so much...it's supposedly a free country and a free board.

I love Oregon basketball too, but after the Stanford debacle, the heartbreaking choke jobs against Cal and Colorado, and the way the first half ended I don't blame anyone for leaving early. Glad they came back though!
