About a month ago I downloaded the Jerry Allen cal of "The Pick" and now use it as my ringtone.

The problem is, now I never want to ANSWER the phone! I want to listen to the whole thing, right down to "the most improbably finsih to a football game" and by that time people sometimes hang up! LOL

Perhaps you can change it so it is only one person that gets the ringtone, then you can tell them it takes a while to answer.

It would only be better if that was your specific ringtone for Kenny Wheaton.

"Please hold while your party maybe reached." then the voice of Jerry Allen, choked up and teary with "the Oregon Ducks are heading to the National Championship game..."

Last night I was sitting in my wife's restaurant talking to a couple of Dutch customers. They heard my ringtone and were curious so I explained the entire history of "The Pick" and Oregon (and Washington) football. Then I played it again. Even though they admitted they were not sports fans at all (they don't even follow soccer) they said the call of "The Pick" gave them goosebumps!

best call since the giants won the pennant! or the play 1982 big game. I was a Tree in 94 in 95 I was a Duck. when I heard the pick the first time, it sealed my fandome. long live jerry his every day calls may be off but his calls of a big moment are amazing!

Where do you get that ringtone?

I found a program online that can take any youtube and convert it to MP3. And since I have an Android phone, selecting it as my ring tone was easy.
