Does anyone remember Benny
Saying about a year ago he thought it was very likely Tyner would switch to OSU?
We can only hope his ncaa predictions are as accurate

I recall one of those Einsteins claiming Tyner wouldn't be going to school in the state of Oregon. Kim-like vision there.

Wrong. Tyner came to Oregon for hot tubs in the football offices and waterfalls. NevadaDuck wrote:Spinny must have overestimated the influence that a cessna with light bulbs on the bottom has on recruits.

You still haven't explained why we would have to forfeit past games.
We know you won't, because you can't.
You calling someone a liar - is like Mike Riley making fun of a coach who loses at least four games a year.

Actually I have answered that one MANY times but we'll do it one more time for you And let's preface it with could not would. Since the NCAA obviously does not enforce every potential violation. 13.02.13 Representative of Athletics Interests. A “representative of the institution’s athletics interests” is an individual, independent agency, corporate entity (e.g., apparel or equipment manufacturer) or other organizationwho is known (or who should have been known) by a member of the institution’s executive or athleticsadministration to: (Revised: 2/16/00) (c) Be assisting or to have been requested (by the athletics department staff) to assist in the recruitment of prospective student-athletes;
Lyles has a fairly high chance of becoming a booster IMO. (75%) And it could be as early as the time he initially met Kelly at Bush International airport on a recruiting visit in Houston in 2007.
13.01.1 Eligibility Effects of Recruiting Violation. The recruitment of a student-athlete by a member institution or any representative of its athletics interests in violation of the Association’s legislation, as acknowledged by the institution or established through the Association’s enforcement procedures, shall result in the student-athlete becoming ineligible to represent that institution in intercollegiate athletics. So if say LMJ or DT were recruited with the assistance of a booster, that could be a problem ChambersBayDuck wrote: You still haven't explained why we would have to forfeit past games.

You said both. I think people here know who the liar is. And EVERY TIME you are called out on it LAX, we find out that it's just 100% bogus lies from you LaX. Your about 0 for 200 now! And virtually every time you post a link to try to "link the lie", you "hang yourself". Which is why we rarely see them any more

How is "the worst of Pure Orange" comparable to posting something that you said?
Are you claiming that you've never said those things? Because if you are claiming that, you are admitting to being a liar.

Please explain what role Lyles played in the recruitment of Darron Thomas.
Thanks.

Re: Well (1 vote)
I think Bob Jones, Darren's high school coach, would be surprised to find out that Willie Lyles played a role in Darren's recruitment to Oregon or LSU. In an interview, Darren said that players in Texas knew Lyles and that he helped lots of kids get their videos out so that they could be seen by coaches all over the country. Bob Jones helped Darren, not Willie Lyles.
Edit to add . . . When Darren said Lyles helped us, he was talking about players in Texas and not himself specifically. When Darren decided that he did not want to be a WR at LSU, Bob Jones called Chip Kelly. Darren got all the help he needed from Jones.
