How dumb do you have to be to come to E-Duck and post crap like that? It boggles the mind really!

Are 1-6 as stupid as you? Do they go make love to themselves also? uwdawgfan7 wrote: Ummm,Sark has just as many "Nattys" as any football coach from Oregon so relax...until you win the big one, calm down with the advice.

Better yet, let's compare World Series victories. LOL
I think you should essentially take your own advice, but apply it in the correct manner. Before bringing up NCs, start with just games in general. You know, wins-losses in league and OCC. Maybe even head-to-head results.

duckduck wrote: Really?
They're using recruiting rankings to determine that UW is trending upwards and UO is trending downwards?
First off, UW has actually been considered as the better recruiting program quite often during this run of nine consecutive victories by the Ducks over the Huskies.
Second, it's pretty close right now. If UW loses one or two of their "soft verbals" and Oregon signs not only who they expect to, but a couple of other prospects that they are looking good for, then UO will be right at about or even surpass where UW is rated in recruiting. Oregon is currently ranked #16 and Washington #11. That's with the Ducks still holding quite a few spots they will fill by Wednesday, while Washington is pretty full up.
Third, Oregon has always shown that they coach up their players while Washington not so much. The same staff that has been in place at Oregon for in some cases 20 over years is still there. I don't see their development of players changing.
Fourth, Yes, UW "finally" upgraded Husky Stadium. It's about time, but even with that they are falling farther behind Oregon as the Ducks are in the middle of erecting even better facilities right now that will challenge any sports facilities in the WORLD, not just in college athletics.
Lastly, this has all occurred with Chip Kelly having his name blasted all over the sports media and by other schools recruiters about going to the NFL for months. Not to mention that the supposed "sanctions" that Oregon is going to be hit hard by.
Truthfully, I wouldn't be surprised if Sarkasian is not invited back to coach at UW following this coming football season.
So, I'd have to say that this is all just a bunch of wishful drivel from homers in the Seattle media.
Go Ducks!!!!! Scout weighs heavily on # of recruits. The two classes are about equal on "star" talent. UO is actually again beating them in that department. If I was UW, I would be worried about falling into the Neuheisal syndrome, where WR and QB's were always stocked, but the rest of the house (especially OL and DL) was fairly bare or mediocre.
“They kept trying to compare themselves to Oregon instead of showing me that they were a program with a plan. I liked a lot about the program, but they got nothing on the Ducks. Nothing compares to what Oregon has going on." Robinson Twins on UW/UO

Re: Doogman radio consensus today
This century UCLA and Washington have exactly 1/3 a PAC title. Washington's best season in the last 20 years they tied Oregon and the beavers for the conference title and lost o the Ducks. Other then that? Nothing. Yup, they ure can spin. --------------------------------------------- --- claw22 wrote:

"UW is now recruiting HUGE DL and OL, as big as in the 90s"
"Oregon is trending downwards with USC, UW is competing with UCLA and USC, and to a lesser extent, Stanford, for Pac-12 titles."
Consensus was basically UW has past Oregon as a program that point because Oregon's recruiting class is mediocre and UW's is a monster. LMFAO.
It was downright hysterical.

You got him.
Man, who can top 3 MAJOR bowl wins in 98 years. Even if you win 2 during the next 2 seasons, that will be 5 in 100 years.
Yes, no way we could top that.

Call me when UW even enters the same conversation with teams like Princeton, Yale and Army that have so many more "nattys" that UW isn't even an asterix'd afterthought.
France and Spain used to be world powers.
In other words history is history and no one really cares twenty years after you were relevant.
In the modern age of football UW is mediocre and Oregon is very good. The Ducks over the past five years have become elite. We'll see if Helfrich can sustain Oregon as an elite football program or if the Ducks will take a step back to just being very good. UW doesn't appear any close to even good and continues to be mired in six loss mediocre seasons.
I know it must be epically painful to be a Husky fan over the past 20 years and especially the past decade but FFS embrace it before it destroys you.
UW=mediocrity with no end in sight UO=elite with 65 sophomores and freshmen coming back next year

As Sark leads your team to another 7-6 season in 2013, you'll at least have your fading memories of the Don James seasons to make you feel better.
Off season titles and 20 to 30 year old memories... what could be better as a fan...

You cant even manage winning the conf (22 years) let alone sniff a "major bowl" Look bro, everyone knows the Huskys have the most bestest history in the whole wide world and the most bestestest ever never arriving future. It's the bloody present you're having so much trouble with. "trending upward" ffs. 7-6, 7-6, 7-6 Ask the Beavers to help you graph that out bro.

Was the same coaching staff that you had for the years before Kelly just mediocre then? Or became brilliant when Kelly arrived? Helfrich? Who knows. Lets check it out LOI day. Where are the twins going? More are going to qualify then you will want?

125-64-11 I think we got both programs covered over time. Even includes a current 9 game streak. How bad was it??
