Oregon Spring Game Info Post Rating (2 votes)

The Oregon spring game will be held on April 27th at 11 a.m. and be televised on the Pac-12 network.  Afterward, the Duck baseball team will be playing Stanford at 2:00 p.m. for those who want to make a day of it...

Re: No ESPN this year?

Was ESPN not interested in covering it this year?  Or did the PAC-12 not let them have it?

Also, I know Helfrich said he expected the military tribute to continue, but any official word that it will (military-themed jerseys, given to servicemen/women after the game, pen-palling with players, etc.)?

Spring Game Sprint Post Rating (2 votes)

Since Tyner is going to be there early, how great would it be to have a 100 yd sprint before the game with him, DAT and a couple other speedsters in full pads?

Is Tyner for sure coming early? I've heard mixed things, but, most recently I thought I heard that he wasn't.

Anyone know for sure who all (of the new recruits) is going to be on campus for spring ball?

Tyner is not coming early. Needs this term to complete all requirements.

I know the trend is for these kids to leave early and "get started" but I just think how disappointed I would be for my kid not to have that final semester with his friends to enjoy their lives and not have to treat everything like it's some type of business transaction to get started on a college career.

I understand the thought of leaving early so you can participate in spring football but I still don't think it's a good thing for these kids overall.
