Acho should be our SILB to Replace Lenon 

We need a new QB on defense.  Who better than one of our most intelligent players ever to run it.  He has speed just below D-Wash and has the size to be a force in the run game.  We need a more pure pass rusher off the edge, but Acho doesn't quite have the gifts for an OLB.  Slide him over one spot and we have an awesome tandem in the middle with 4 pass rushers behind our D-line.  Now that's something to get excited about cool

Good idea Red.
And now Docket won't have to play read and react from what he has stated. He is a great pass rusher and run disrupter when he can play his normal style.
Putting Acho on the inside and cutting Docket loose could elevate the pass rush and run defense. 
This is playing to a players strengths which is what Arians said that he would do.

Yeah using Dockett as just a space eater in our scheme was the only complaint that I had with Horton's fire zone scheme.  It placed more emphasis on plays being made by our LB's.  It was great with guys like D-Wash and even Schofield/Groves, but not so much for Acho and definitely Lenon after midway through the year.  I think moving Acho to QB our defense makes all the sense in the world.  We still need a true pass rushing threat to complete this defense.
